Tony is a retail expert who started his career in Lidl before moving to Tesco where he progressed to Head of Property Development for the North of the UK. He has since been working for the Co-op, most recently responsible for managing the total investment and divestment programmes of the UK estate.
Mark qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the National Audit Office. He then worked for seven years at Ernst & Young in both Audit and Transaction services before moving to the Co-operative, where he worked for eighteen years in various roles including Head of Planning and Head of Financial Planning and Analysis.
